Site Foreman / Project Manager - High End Residential Our client, a dynamic and innovative high end / luxury architecturally designed home builder, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Foreman / Project Manager to join their team. This is a Hybrid role which will encompass a mixture of site foreman and project management duties.
Responsibilities: On-Site Management: Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient execution of construction plans. Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure worker protection. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, providing the resources and support needed for effective performance. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality with meticulous attention to detail. Requirements: Trade background in Carpentry. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site foreman, supervisor, or Project Manager within the construction industry, with some experience in building high-end architectural homes. Proven experience in managing all aspects of a project, having successfully seen projects through from start to finish as a Foreman or Project Manager Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. High attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards. Experience working to and adhering to construction programs and plans.
