With upcoming projects across South West Brisbane, this role will see you deliver on projects and making a real impact on the company's continued growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure they adhere to the project plans, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure timely project completion.Monitor site progress, update schedules, and report any potential delays or issues to the Site Manager.Ensure the highest standards of safety by enforcing company safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports.Manage site materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth site operations.Provide leadership and guidance to site workers, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
