Ultrabuild Construction Group is a local family-run business based in Hamilton, Vic. We have been specializing in high-end commercial and domestic building projects for 7 years.
About the role:
Due to continued business growth and workload, this position becomes available in Jan 2025 and is a 6-month contractual role, with the potential to be extended, for an experienced Site Foreman located in Stawell, Victoria, or the surrounds.
The successful applicant:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate construction works and allocate general and daily duties. Detail project schedules to fulfil and meet deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are being met. Lead and motivate the project team with strong communication skills and serve as the main point of contact. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks. Maintain OH&S protocols. Proactively plan to prevent problems and efficiently resolve any issues that arise. Based onsite. This role would be best suited for an experienced and knowledgeable Site Foreman who can lead a project team from start to finish, presenting high-quality outcomes.
