Our client, a forward-thinking high-end luxury home builder, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Foreman / Manager to join their team.
They specialize in building high-end architectural homes.
With a bumper pipeline of projects, they need a skilled Foreman to play a key role in delivering outstanding, architecturally designed homes up to 5 million.
Responsibilities: Manage on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction plans are followed accurately and efficiently.Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure that all workers are protected from harm.Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on project progress and any issues that may arise.Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or obstacles that may arise during construction to ensure that projects stay on track.Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a site foreman or similar role in the construction industry, with experience in high-end architectural designed homes.Experience in all aspects of a project and have seen a project through as a Foreman from start to finish.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.Familiarity with construction safety regulations and protocols.
