REPORTS TO: Chief Executive/Producer & Chief Operating Officer.

Crossroads is a leader in the production of touring Musical Theatre, Pantomime, and Immersive Entertainment experiences, working in partnership with the world's leading creators, rightsholders, and promoters to execute the most notable and well-loved titles to the highest standards across the globe.
Crossroads Live Australia is seeking an Executive Producer to join their team, based in the Sydney office.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Executive Producer responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
Manage and run Productions as assigned by the CEO including but not limited to:Communication with the Marketing, Publicity and Ticketing teams Contracting and Negotiations Logistical organisation including company travel and accommodation Budget Management Consultation/Liaison with the International Creative Teams and Management General Tour Organisation Production Personnel Management including HR Oversee the Production Manager regarding all technical aspects, including but not limited to the physical production, scheduling (including pre-production and transfers), staffing and freight. Provide prompt and full information to the Company or such other person as directed by the Company regarding the conduct of the Group's business; Comply with all lawful directions given to them from time to time; Comply with applicable laws and regulations; Devote the whole of their time, attention, and skill during the Company's normal business hours and at other times as is reasonably necessary to perform the Duties. Perform the Duties and exercise the powers of the Position faithfully and diligently; Act in accordance with and promote the best interests of the Group. General Duties: perform the Duties and/or such other duties as assigned to the Employee from time to time; Reporting & Key Relationships
The Executive Producer is expected to liaise with such people as is required and directed in the process of managing a production. People such as (but not limited to):
Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer Licensors and representatives Creative Team and/or their representatives Technical Director National Marketing Consultant and National Ticketing Manager Production Associates Venue Administration Company Management Production Accountants Marketing, Publicity and Ticketing Departments Sponsor partners and Government authorities Location and Travel
The Executive Producer will be required to perform the Duties at the Locations or as otherwise directed by the Company. This may require travel (including interstate and overseas from time to time on Company business which, at a minimum and if available, shall be at a business class level for international travel and appropriate five-star accommodation. Any travel will be in accordance with the Company's applicable policy in place from time to time or as determined by the Company.
Attributes & Experience
At least 5 years' experience in delivery of first-class, large-scale live theatrical productions. A track record of high-level leadership and a strong ability to work as part of a team Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills Proven organisational skills, including an ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and plan strategically Comprehensive working understanding of relevant awards, in particular the Performers Collective Agreement Position Type
Full-time contract position based at Crossroads Live Australia's Sydney office.
Commensurate with experience.
Travel and Out of Hours Work
The successful candidate will need to be available to travel interstate as required. Some out of hours work will also be a requirement of the job. Per diems will be paid at the standard rate and airfares, transfers and accommodation will be paid in full by Crossroads Live Australia.
