We are seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to provide essential operational support for the Aldoga PV project, a flagship renewable energy initiative located near Gladstone, Queensland.
In this role, you will assist the Site Manager and site team with administrative tasks, document management, and financial processing, ensuring smooth operations for our 380MW solar facility.
As part of the Queensland Government's strategy to revitalize underutilized land and contribute to renewable energy targets, you'll play a vital role in fostering a strong health, safety, environment, and quality culture on site.
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating site activities, managing supplier relationships, and supporting community engagement efforts.

Job Description Operational Administration: Provide comprehensive support to the Site Manager and site team, including general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and document management.
Ensure the adequacy of office equipment and supplies by managing relationships with suppliers.
Meeting and Reporting Documentation: Document minutes for site meetings and assist in preparing reports and monitoring KPIs to track performance.
Maintain site-specific documents, policies, and compliance records.
Financial and Inventory Management: Prepare and process invoices in line with finance and procurement systems.
Assist the Facility & Warehouse Coordinator with freight handling, stock management, and maintaining accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination of site activities with contractors and visitors.
Act as a key contact for various corporate office functions, including HSEQ, HR, and Brand and Marketing.
Health and Safety Engagement: Support the Site Manager and HSEQ team in fostering a strong health, safety, environment, and quality culture.
Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and compliance inspections while maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Training and Compliance Monitoring: Maintain and monitor training and competency records, liaising with HR to ensure accuracy and adherence.
Support the contractor induction process and assist in documenting training programs and authorizations.
This position operates on a 5/2 roster, providing a balanced work schedule.
Required Skills and Competencies Experience in an administrative support role, including involvement in HSEQ activities.
Familiarity with working alongside external service providers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and databases, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Current Australian driver's license.
Ability to work effectively within a matrix reporting structure while maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality.
