The position will see you play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administration support and document management for our onsite personnel.This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday-Friday).In this position, your duties will also include:Manage new personnel arrivals to site and mobilisation, e.g., inductions, site access, transport, accommodation.Data collation and management for reporting purposes (weekly and monthly).Payroll/timesheet support, e.g. entering timesheets and general data entry.Provide coverage or support to Site Managers in peak periods or to cover absences.Maintenance of trackers, e.g. accommodation and vehicle trackers.Vehicle inspections and reports.Assisting onsite personnel with queries, e.g., payroll inquiries, leave requests, absenteeism, return to work (FoundU).Document management - filing, scanning, and uploading documents, e.g., doctor's certificates, vehicle and housing reports/checklists, candidate documentation.Raising HR tickets to the internal HR team for support and resolution (via Zendesk).About YouTo excel in this position, you should be committed to supporting the team and have meticulous attention to detail.
