Site Administrator - FIFO or local to Wagga WaggaElecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area.
This role is located in our site office at Dinawan NSW, and would work as part of the existing Site Admin team reporting into the Project Manager. Roster is 14/7 FIFO, or will consider a 5/2 roster for a local.

Your focus will include:
Raising purchase orders and placing ordersSite procurementChecking all invoices and arranging payment of the invoices through project accountsCoordinate day-to-day office admin, such as office utilitiesUnderstand local authorities' requirements and ensure compliance in coordination with the Project ManagerSharing of administrative duties, as instructed by the Project ManagerPurchase orders for non-construction material (office, safety, IT material)Consulting with vendors to obtain pricing and availability informationJob costing: ensure all creditor invoices are coded to the correct cost codeIncoming quotes: ensure quotes are passed on to the appropriate peopleAdminister site transportationAny other tasks assigned by the Project Manager and Senior AdministratorWhat you will bring to the team: Over 3 years in a busy administration role, preferably in a construction environmentExcellent collaboration and teamwork skillsExceptional prioritisation skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguityFIFO work experience highly desirableFlexibility to manage work and lifestyle commitmentsWe're building a diverse workforce.
