Shift Manager

El Jannah Albion Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and high-quality food in a hygienic environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior industry experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
Manage and motivate a team of up to 12 staff members, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.
Ensure the delivery of great customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the preparation of amazing food that meets our quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
