Job Description You will be responsible for delivering outstanding Quality, Service & Cleanliness, sales, people practices and profit on your shifts. You will supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. You will engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca's Experience to life on each and every shift. You will ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald's experience. You will comply with restaurant safety and security standards which includes investigating all incidents and implementing corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers. You will escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary. Additional Information McDonald's has a range of managers courses that will help develop you in to a Shift Manager and further. All courses are paid for by the business.
