We currently have a rare opportunity for an exceptional Team Leader to lead shifts at our Schnitz Centre of Excellence. This store will be a unique showcase of all the best parts of Schnitz and we need a special kind of person that can proudly uphold and exemplify Schnitz standards.
Role Recipe:
Lead shifts with Guests at the heart, including opening and closing the store and managing bottlenecks efficiently to maintain speed of service.Provide excellent Guest service ensuring our Guests have a memorable Schnitz Experience every single time;Support operational excellence by taking a keen interest in inventory, labour and cash handling and supporting manager with achieving targets;Proactively set and achieve KPIs on each shift to contribute to the success and profitability of the store;Take charge of training new Team Members in store and provide consistent coaching and feedback to improve performance.Key Ingredients:
Minimum 1 year experiencein end-to-end shift running, in a QSR setting;You take pride in the quality of your work and the work of your team;You're a natural leader with effective communication skills;You are passionate about mentoring and supporting members of the team;You thrive on the challenges of a dynamic work environment and can adapt easily;You can think on your feet and solve problems as they arise;You are passionate about the industry, open to feedback and wanting strive for continuous growth and developmentOur commitment to you:
