Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism. We're honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs. Nobody else. Just us.
Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell, and Bendigo.
To do a great job, you'll need: Experience supporting people with a physical disability including transfers/use of equipment and confident in hoisting.Experience in personal care (showering and dressing).Assistance with domestic duties.Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.Great patience and willingness to build rapport with our clients.Willingness to work with a care team approach and incorporate the guidance of professionals, including supporting clients with their physio programs and community access.Good judgment, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our values.Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shifts, with a commitment to ongoing shifts.Full driver's license and willingness to provide transport in your own vehicle (reimbursement for costs provided).Benefits Great pay, generous benefits, and a supportive team culture.Access to salary packaging (can mean extra take-home pay).Opportunity for career progression with a clear career path for assistants who want to progress to key worker.A word about diversity and inclusion At InLife, diversity and inclusion is part of our DNA.
