As we continue to expand our reach and services, we are excited to introduce a new role that is critical to our future success: Shared Services Manager.
As the Shared Services Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading our shared services functions, including finance, human resources, IT, procurement, and facilities management. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a unique opportunity to build and implement strategies that will streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and support our mission to improve health and wellbeing in rural communities.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a shared services strategy that aligns with RDN's ambitious growth plans.Operational Excellence: Lead and optimise key functions across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and facilities to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.Team Development: Mentor and grow a high performing shared services team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets and financial processes, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvements.Technology and Innovation: Drive digital transformation initiatives that support our strategic goals and enhance service delivery.What we are looking for A strategic mindset and a strong track record in shared services or operational management roles.A leader who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference.A collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.An innovator who is always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.Why Join Us?
