About the role: As a Software Developer, you will report to our Chief Information Officer and work from our McMahons Point head office as a crucial part of a talented team of 15 IT professionals.
We are actively seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer, with a track record of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will embody a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, coupled with a demonstrated experience solving business challenges through the solutions developed within a large organization.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional disciplines and cross-functional teams. Drive the development of Service Portal, PPM, App Engine, HR, ITSM and Asset Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Define business challenges and opportunities considering constraints, goals, budgets, and timelines. Create innovative and highly functional human-centric solutions. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Have completed a Software Engineering Degree or equivalent. 2 years + of experience in ServiceNow administration and development. Proficiency in Portal Development, utilising HTML5, Angular JS, CSS, Restful API, Python and other web development skills to craft engaging and intuitive user interfaces. Develop customer web service portals and demonstrate expertise in ITSM, PPM, ITOM, AppEngine, or equivalent. Possess a deep understanding of service catalogues and approval workflows.
