We are seeking an accredited trainer to join our team at genU Training.
As a Sessional Trainer , you will conduct initial training reviews, assess learner competencies and deliver dynamic and professional training to existing and potential clients! We are looking for someone who is flexible with training delivery hours and willing to travel to deliver on-site training.
We are offering generous hourly rates from $55.90 per hour commensurate with experience! Position based in Bendigo, Victoria. As a Sessional Trainer you will:
Deliver high quality services to existing and potential learners Follow and contribute to continuous improvement Successful and timely completion of all documents/reporting to a high standard in terms of quality and compliance Have a positive contribution to the training team Deliver training to participants in both classroom, workplace and e-learning environments About You As a Sessional Trainer you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:TAELL411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education Vocational competency and currency in the one or more of the following courses:Disability Support Mental Health Individual Support Community Services Alcohol & Other Drugs Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to complete Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain Please email for a copy of the position description outlining further details of the role.
