Services Manager - Construction

Job description A major builder working across the commercial building industry in Melbourne is seeking a Building Services Manager to oversee the successful delivery of MEPF services to it's new build portfolio of projects.
Projects include commercial and mixed-use towers, sports facilities, student accommodation and large-scale industrial works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the MEPF component of each project is delivered safely, according to design specs and in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for: Procuring relevant, competent subcontractors to deliver the works Liaising with and managing subcontractor progress on site Management and mentoring of junior members of the services team Actively work to ensure cost effective, cutting edge solutions are being utilised Manage subcontractor claims and variations Reporting on progress monthly Working with the site and project management teams, consultants, commissioning teams and clients to achieve a successful, cost-effective outcome.
