Service Manager

About the role:As our new Service Manager you'll be managing our disability support services in the Townsville region, including Supported Independent Living arrangements (SILs) and Individual Support Services (in-home and community access) for our clients with NDIS plans. Lead, coach and mentor Support Workers to ensure the services reflect our customer's needs in a dynamic, high growth work environment. Selection criteria includes:
