Service Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Automotive Professional to take on the position as Service Manager to lead our service department.
Your ability to mentor staff, both front and back of house is essential. We're looking for someone with a fire in their belly to get stuck in to the role with passion!
Our state of the art workshop has 13 bays and houses Service Reception for Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda brands.
This position involves managing the Service department to achieve both Manufacturer & Dealership KPI's with a MASSIVE focus on customer engagement. We provide excellent training, a large team and prospects for career and business growth make this a very unique opportunity.
