Service Manager - Automotive Dealership

This phenomenal electric vehicle (EV) brand, on the verge of launching in Australia, continues to boast solid growth globally with increases in sales and innovative electric vehicle ranges, largely positioned in the premium sector.

We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced Service Manager who will be responsible for setting up the Service Department Workshop and building a small team to support the newly established dealership, based in the South Brisbane area, through their launch and continued growth.

About the role:

The Service Manager will oversee the Service Department, ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Manage and support service techniciansHandle customer service requests and repair ordersEnsure service quality and meet deadlinesManage warranties and adhere to manufacturer requirementsEnsure a safe and healthy working environment.About you:
