The role demonstrates exceptional professional conduct, ethical behaviours and adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with advocacy, negotiation, and strong interpersonal abilities. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining staff, providing ongoing supervision, leadership, support, and development, and roster management, to provide strong resident support and care.
