We're seeking an experienced Service Facilitator to join our passionate Cairns team and help us deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.
Your role will be to facilitate and administer the provision of high-quality support services to clients with various disabilities, in line with the individual's service plan and our organisational strategy.
Working out of our Cairns office, this is a dynamic role where you will be working with clients and staff in Supported Independent Living, Community Access and Support at Home as well as coaching and mentoring staff, working collaboratively and proactively with clients and their family/decision makers, and working collaboratively across teams to ensure the best possible customer service level is achieved.
What would I be doing each day?

Ensuring the provision of high-quality services and support to clients by implementing, managing and maintaining their individual client NDIS plans.
Daily management of rosters to ensure accuracy and to provide for timely claims for payment under the NDIS system.
Assisting clients in managing their finances in accordance with CPL policies and procedures and where applicable Public Trustee guidelines.
Supervising, coaching and mentoring of your Disability Support Workers.
Ensuring the effective communication and coordination between services, staff and stakeholders providing support to a client.
Being willing to put your hand up and being part of an ongoing On Call roster.

What would I need to be considered?

Experience managing disability support services, complex support needs and understanding of NDIS Plans.
Commitment and drive for the highest level of customer service.
Pro-active, energetic approach to a dynamic ever-changing environment!
Experience and skill in team supervision, leading people to achieve.
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
Well-developed administrative and financial management skills.
Current 'C' class driver's license and reliable transport.
Current First Aid and CPR.
Competency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Blue card and NDIS worker screening clearance.
