Haynes currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to work for a well-known client in Mackay QLD.
Requirements: Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Supervisor. Ensure all job orders are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous for customer invoicing. Follow up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests with the Service Supervisor. Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX software. Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis. Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders as requested. Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations. On Offer: Monday - Friday Hours; 7:00am to 3:30pm Fulltime position Competative salary Successful candidates require: Current drivers' licence and reliable transport Previous Site Administration experience Knowledge of AX software or similar Certificate III in Office or Business Administration - advantageous Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screen Ability to complete online onboarding prior to commencement.
