Service Coordinator

Our client is a dynamic,Tier 1, Australian owned national contractor that prides itself on delivering exceptional services to their clients.

An opportunity exists for a well-organised and efficient Service Coordinator
to be part of a successful team within a fast paced environment on a full
time basis.
The responsibilities and duties would include:
Coordinating service technicians on a daily basis across Australia
Processing work orders and scheduling
Managing works in progress, and working with service technicians to reduce the number
of outstanding jobs
Working with LEVESYS Accounting Software to enter the job details and order required
materials
General office duties such as answering calls and emails, data entry, invoice
management, generating client reports, handling deliveries, maintaining compliance records
Prioritising incoming jobs to meet customer requirements

The ideal candidate would have:
Prior experience in a Service Administrator or Service Coordinator role
Proven experience and ability to work as part of a small high performing team
Passion for delivering an excellent outcome, and go above and beyond to meet client needs
Be able to problem solve and think on your feet
Team Player and a Can Do attitude
The ability and confidence to use the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus
