We are on the search for a customer-focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Service Coordinator within our Burnie branch.
ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this challenging front-line position will suit someone looking to further their career as a leader within our team.
Ideally, you will have a mechanical trade background, as you will be required to field technical questions from both customers and service technicians.
What your typical day will look like: Booking and scheduling work in progressProviding clear, accurate, and timely information for new machine build-upsQuotations following inspection workManaging invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear and correctEffectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutionsABOUT YOU Utilising your mechanical knowledge, you pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes: Ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationshipsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneouslyOperational experience within the heavy machinery industryA strong commitment to safety, health & environment proceduresWhy work for us?
