In this role, you will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, receiving, and processing applications and equipment orders for people needing mobility, communication, self-care, respiratory and prosthetic equipment.
In addition, you will provide ongoing support to eligible consumers with consumable reorders and repair and maintenance requests, and process claims for travel and accommodation subsidies.
