Service Administrator - Laverton

DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Rail Operations Manager, you will provide end-to-end support for our Service team.
The role will be standard office hours and based in the Laverton Branch.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Coordinating service administration support to ensure a timely completion of processesManage service invoicing and close out service jobsRaise, maintain, and receipt purchase orders and handle local purchasingPerform accounts payable tasksProcess labour entries on repair work ordersSupport WIP/PIP management in line with business KPIsCollaborate with Customer Service Advisors to assist in service event processingRESPONSIBILITIESTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Proven experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfactionStrong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectivelyExceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectationsAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programsQUALIFICATIONSService Advisor RailInvoicingJob ServiceOrganization Cummins Inc.Role Category HybridJob Type OfficeReqID 2408852Relocation Package No
