This role will see you own, lead, and drive the SEO Technical aspects of the company's website in line with the SEO strategy.
You will be leading several technical SEO projects with the support of your agency, a specialist in your team and a developer to then educate, inform and influence key stakeholders through storytelling.
You will work with supportive leadership who will embrace you challenging the status quo by offering innovative alternatives to their current approaches.

What Will You Do: Own and improve the technical SEO state of their website and assist in creating and defining ongoing SEO strategy.
Own & drive ongoing improvements within the SEO-Tech process to identify and implement process efficiencies Own and drive the external specialist agency partnerships to deliver high impact business outcomes in line with strategy Drive SEO projects from inception to delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Drive SEO technical story telling across key internal stakeholders by connecting strategy to execution and impact What Technical Skills Are Required?
SEO experience with a deep understanding on technical aspects.
Experience using multiple industry-leading SEO tools (Google Search Console, HTML, CSS, Deep Crawl / Botify, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc) Understanding project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence and Monday.com Working knowledge of CMS such as WordPress, Drupal etc Knowing how to use Power Bi What Behaviour Skills Are Required?
An ability to communicate complex ideas and technical findings in simplified terms for senior stakeholders who may not fully understand them to build greater confidence in their understanding of your impact.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement – you will work closely with your manager, a tech developer, an executive, and an agency to deliver joint outcomes.
