The Role Following further project wins to build upon their already healthy pipeline of rail projects, we require a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager with strong project delivery experience to support the delivery of major rail projects nationally.
You will play a key role in developing the local rail branch offering and wider national division, overseeing high-quality design and project delivery the business is known for. Guiding engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are brought in on time and within budget.
You will be supported by a talented, experienced rail team, a great brand, and a well-respected and united leadership team.
Candidate Criteria To be successful in the role you will have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering, plus a strong background in project management and design on rail track and associated civil works design projects. Your technical skills will be supported by your well-honed stakeholder management and communication skills. You will possess the qualities of a good leader and be committed to high-quality delivery.
