What your day will look like....
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you'll lead the way in providing high-quality advice on a variety of workplace relations matters. Each day, you'll collaborate with leaders across Darling Downs Health, offering guidance on complex issues like performance, discipline, grievances, and appeals. You'll be a trusted advisor, leading training sessions on WR topics to foster a healthy, high-performing workplace culture. Your expertise will shine as you present thoughtful, timely reports and submissions, represent the WR team with key stakeholders, advocate on behalf of the Health Service and lead innovative projects to address emerging trends and challenges across the organisation. Darling Downs Health's (DDH) region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland.
