Senior Workplace Health and Safety Advisor A key role in one of Australia's largest, most diverse and inclusive agribusiness companies. Enjoy a coastal lifestyle - located in Bundaberg About the role The role of Senior WHS Advisor is to support the relevant operations teams in managing site safety obligations and fostering a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities Develop strong collaborative relationships across all stakeholder groups Act as the central point for all safety queries and concerns Work with operational teams to develop and implement health and safety initiatives Advise and support operational implementation of safety policies, procedures, and practices Deliver on-site training and organise competency assessments, coordination of safety-related external training, and maintaining the training database Coach and mentor Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) Coordinate Return-To-Work Conduct safety investigations and prepare reports To be successful in this role you will need Strong communication skills with various stakeholders including management, employees, and contractors Certified Return-To-Work Coordinator or willingness to obtain Driver's Licence Strong attention to detail Prior experience using safety systems such as WHS Monitor TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment About us At Stahmann Webster, we pride ourselves on being farm-to-table producers of world-class pecans, walnuts, macadamias, and almonds.
