Permanent full-time opportunity, 35 hrs/week Officer based in Parramatta, flexible working options available Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183+ super (clerk grade 9/10) We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Workforce Strategy Analyst to join our People and Culture team within the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW).
About the role
As the Senior Workforce Strategy Analyst , you will be responsible for collecting and analysing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing evidence-based insights that drive workforce planning and strategy development. Your analytical expertise will ensure our business is equipped with the right information to make informed decisions and anticipate workforce needs.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand their workforce challenges and priorities, using your insights to shape effective workforce plans and organisational strategies.
About You
You are a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with a passion for transforming data into actionable workforce strategies. You have a natural ability and curiosity to dive into complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights that influence key business decisions. With a creative mindset, you will partner with stakeholders to address challenges and deliver data-backed solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate technical data findings into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis will see you add value as we design initiatives to effectively support and manage the future of the Department's workforce.
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Economics, HR, Data Science or equivalent experience in a similar role. To Apply
