Government - State (Government & Defence)The role is based in the Queensland Revenue Office's (QRO) Workforce Management team, which is responsible for delivering workforce planning and recruitment services through a partnership model with QRO leadership teams.Based in our convenient and modern Brisbane CBD office, you will have access to professional growth pathways. Flexible work options may be requested.Your typical day as a Senior Workforce Officer may include:Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient, transparent and streamlined recruitment processes.Providing data-driven advice to the organisation through a partnership model on recruitment and establishment management matters.Reviewing and progressing resourcing requests to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to decision makers for approvals.Reviewing, updating and challenging practices and procedures to support the strategic direction of the organisation in recruitment and establishment management.You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience in:Recruitment coordination experience, ideally in a public sector context.High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.An ability to provide workforce management services in a legislative context or framework.There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role; however, relevant qualifications and/or experience in recruitment, workforce planning or project management are highly regarded.Queensland Treasury is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve and treating all applicants equitably.
