As the Senior Workforce Officer, you will work within a team environment to deliver efficient and effective workforce management services to Queensland Revenue Office (QRO). This includes coordinating all phases of recruitment, supporting workforce planning and establishment management, and providing strategic advice to management to ensure optimal workforce levels and capability are maintained across QRO.
The role is based in the Queensland Revenue Office's (QRO) Workforce Management team, which is responsible for delivering workforce planning and recruitment services through a partnership model with QRO leadership teams.

Your typical day as a Senior Workforce Officer may include:
Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient, transparent and streamlined recruitment processesProviding data driven advice to the organisation through a partnership model on recruitment and establishment management mattersReviewing and progressing resourcing requests to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to decision makers for approvalsReviewing, updating and challenging practices and procedures to support the strategic direction of the organisation in recruitment and establishment management.You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience in:
Recruitment coordination experience, ideally in a public sector context.High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.An ability to provide workforce management services in a legislative context or framework.There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications and/or experience in recruitment, workforce planning or project management are highly regarded.
