As the Senior Workforce Officer, you will work within a team environment to deliver efficient and effective workforce management services to Queensland Revenue Office (QRO).
This includes coordinating all phases of recruitment, supporting workforce planning and establishment management, and providing strategic advice to management to ensure optimal workforce levels and capability are maintained across QRO.
The role is based in the Queensland Revenue Office's (QRO) Workforce Management team, which is responsible for delivering workforce planning and recruitment services through a partnership model with QRO leadership teams.
Your typical day as a Senior Workforce Officer may include: Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient, transparent and streamlined recruitment processes Providing data driven advice to the organisation through a partnership model on recruitment and establishment management matters Reviewing and progressing resourcing requests to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to decision makers for approvals Reviewing, updating and challenging practices and procedures to support the strategic direction of the organisation in recruitment and establishment management.
