The Role:
BV is seeking an experienced Senior Wind Engineer. The candidate should have a High-level understanding of the energy yield assessments and experienced in Design review, verification, and assessment of the renewable energy plants. This may include budget, schedule, quality, risk, contract and stakeholder management, supervise the construction, procurement activities, involve with the negotiation with EPC, manage industrial relations etc.
Key responsibilities: Wind site visits, inspections, RCAsHigh level understanding of the energy yield assessmentsDesign review, verification, and assessment of the renewable energy plantsExperiences with EPC, O&M and TSA contract reviews Perform technical due diligence, construction monitoring, payment milestone authorization of the wind projectsManage the Projects as the owners engineerManage other engineering sub-consultants to meet the requirements of BV's clients.Maintaining communication with engineers of other international BV offices andfacilitating information sharing in the area of electrical engineering for renewable energy plants.Client liaison, including development and continual review of client requirements, managing client expectations, keeping clients informed of work progress and ensuring timely production of deliverablesParticipate and represent BV in renewable energy conferences, events, etc.Any other tasks requested by the Engineering ManagerQualifications and Experiences: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Masters is preferredWorking in the consultancy environment as owner and lender engineerWind farm site experiences with GWO qualificationAbility to work under pressureAbility to work with minimum supervisionThe benefits:
