About the RoleIn this newly created and autonomous role, you will report directly to the founders, taking full ownership of a transformation agenda that impacts every facet of our business. Your mandate is clear: review, refine, and future-proof the systems, processes, and structures that underpin our business while ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable financial and operational outcomes.
Key areas of focus include:End-to-end recruitment processes – auditing and refining workflows, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and enhance candidate and client satisfaction.Customer retention and acquisition – implementing strategies to improve lifetime value, win new business, and client engagement across diverse markets.Training and development – designing frameworks to support skill enhancement, career progression, and team engagement.Organisational design – ensuring structures are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.Remuneration and benefits – creating competitive offerings that align with employee engagement goals and market benchmarks.Culture – embedding our values across every aspect of the organisation to ensure they resonate with employees, clients, and stakeholders.Strategic Focus AreasBrand alignment and differentiation – Reviewing and evolving the unique brand propositions of each vertical (Retailworld, Hospoworld, RWR Health, RWR Construction) to ensure their continued relevance and impact in competitive markets.Market expansion – Assessing the viability of entering new geographies and industries, and recommending strategies to seize these opportunities.Ownership models – Evaluating the financial and operational ROI of our franchise, corporate, and joint-venture structures to ensure sustained profitability and scalability.Operational efficiency and financial outcomes – Every recommendation and initiative must demonstrate a clear connection to improving operational KPIs, revenue, and profitability.What We're Looking ForThis role demands a unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
