Job DescriptionAs a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Training and Development Lead to deploy effective and impactful training programs to improve and enhance our workforce's capability.
The Senior Training and Development Lead will manage all training costs and be at the forefront of training and development trends, to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our business goals and our employee's development needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee our apprentice programMaintain & provide governance for the Training Needs Analysis documentsConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps & training requirementsForecast and schedule learning sessionsIdentify learning solutions for job families, safety and compliance requirementsDesign, develop and deliver technical training programs that are engaging, interactive and impactfulDevelop and manage LMS modules of the HRIS and ongoing governanceLead and mentor our team of training specialists and coordinatorsInternal stakeholder collaboration and external stakeholder managementManage multiple training programs ensuring timely delivery within budgetABOUT YOU: Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related fieldA Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be desirableStrong interpersonal skills including facilitation and presentation skillsStrong understanding of adult principles and educational taxonomy'sProven experience as a Learning and Development Team LeaderADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE: Additional four days per annum of Personal Business LeaveOpportunity to apply for additional leave (Purchase Leave)Annual Bonus SchemeSalary continuance insuranceRewards Gateway for our employeesEmployee Referral RewardWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER At Pacific Energy, we celebrate the richness and depth that diversity brings.
