Who you are: A client services all-star. You're a problem-solver who enjoys teaching clients how to launch successful campaigns using data-driven decisioning. You're great at troubleshooting campaigns and an expert when it comes to handling large data sets and presenting your insights to clients. You will play an important role in building our presence, business, and culture in The Trade Desk's Sydney office. What you'll do: Be the face of TTD to our clients seen as an expert on the TTD platform and trading. Act as a consultant; understanding clients' performance goals and objectives and helping clients take full advantage of TTD's product suite to hit/exceed those goals. Collaborate with business development teams and account management in crafting short, medium, and long-term strategies to support your clients' campaigns performance and revenue growth. Clearly identify, communicate, and offer solutions for problems, spend blockers, and future opportunities. Escalating challenges appropriately. Be actively involved in helping develop trading best practices and seek to share this knowledge with the wider team. Be an influencer in new product development cycle and in beta testing new products as well as in giving feedback on beta test results. Act as a mentor (and potentially dotted line manager) for newer and more junior team members. Demonstrate a level of maturity and gravitas in front of clients and internally. Able to present to all levels confidently. Be able to present a compelling story to our clients. Adapting to what the client needs to see, balancing the right amount of information; right level of abstract and adapting to different levels in the client org. What you bring to the table: In short, a media buying expert - you love making campaigns work, and teaching others your ways. You're great at using data to guide decisions as well as working directly with clients to help them do the same.
At least 6+ years of work experience. Experience in ad tech and online advertising is critical. Candidates with data analytics experience in marketing, financial services, and technology industries are welcome. Outstanding, analytical, and problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Advanced MS Excel skills. Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets. Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment.
