The Role:As a Senior Tech Lead at Desygner, you'll play a pivotal role in the development of our product and Desygner's journey to reach its full potential. You'll work directly with our Office Of The CTO to organize, manage, and deliver innovative technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:Leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows.Commitment and willingness to provide hands-on leadership. We see this role involving setting the best standards through hands-on software development, instead of a hands-off managerial approach.Maintaining and improving multiple APIs that handle thousands of queries per minute.Driving constant improvement in the user interface and user experience (UI/UX).Overseeing and reviewing other developers' work to help the team reach its full potential.Establishing and refining internal practices to standardize development as the company grows.Required Skills:Extensive experience with MVC backend frameworks (e.g., Symfony), Node.js building tools, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), testing frameworks, JavaScript, and CSS.8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.In-depth knowledge of PHP (MVC, ORMs, caching, services), SQL, and networks.A solid understanding of API server-to-client communication.Deep expertise in low-level (framework-less) HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Understanding of component-based frontend applications.Knowledge of Node.js, ES6, transpilers, and build tools.Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)Desired Skills:Understanding of template engines and SEO.Familiarity with SysOps and DevOps principles.A proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex technical projects.If you're a visionary leader with a passion for technology and a talent for guiding teams to success, we want you on our team!
