We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruitment professional to manage impactful projects and proactive talent initiatives. As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in high-volume recruitment for our Relief Team and contribute to enhancing our overall talent strategy. This role offers opportunities for growth and is transferable across the Talent Team.

Your key responsibilities: You will bring your skills in recruitment and talent management to support the full lifecycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced client-focused advisory role in a complex, decentralised recruitment team to manage high volume recruitment activities across BCE office and schools. Be part of a collaborative team that values your expertise and supports your growth. Manage impactful projects and make a real difference in talent acquisition, with opportunities for career development across the Talent Team.
