You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will ensure that we not only fill positions but also build a strong talent pipeline that aligns with our future growth. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering and manufacturing talent.Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to reach potential candidates.Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit against our PWR DNA – Respect, Passion, Team Work.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the hiring process.Collaborate with HR and management and external industry partners to enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent. Qualifications:Strong experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles and understanding of the skills and qualifications needed for various positions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with hard to fill positions, global recruitment experience is a bonus.Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for recruiting top talent.A relentless approach, we are looking for someone who will leave no stone unturned to find and secure the right people. How to Apply Please apply with your CV and cover letter via seek.
