About the role:

If so, we are excited to hear from you. With the support of our HR General Manager and close-knit team, you will:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process of a variety of roles by actively sourcing candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns.Effectively manage existing relationships with senior leaders across Fyfe to build a strong understanding of their business, technical and cultural fit requirements.Coach leaders on effective interview techniques.Demonstrate your natural professional social media persona to grow our brand and showcase our culture and projects.Implement current recruitment software to maximise effectiveness and build on recruitment led metrics.Be involved in developing and deploying Fyfe's EVP.
About you:
Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience.Demonstrated experience recruiting for white collar technical engineering roles, ideally within the Oil and Gas consulting industry or Civil Engineering in the Property and Infrastructure is a requirement.Experience and confidencein cold calling and headhunting targeted candidates.Proactive, with a high attention to detail.A great communicator, that is professional yet personable, and flexible in your approach to suit different stakeholders.Demonstrated understanding of candidate attraction, including employment branding through various sourcing mediums.You are a permanent resident/citizen or have full working rights.
