Senior Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Advisor A Senior Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Advisor – attraction and talent specialist is available at the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT). Working in the Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Onboarding (TARO) team you will assist in the delivery of end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding, and workforce and succession planning; and/or the development of talent pipeline initiatives including graduate and student placement programs, university and career expos, talent/continuous applicant pools, and diversity employment pathways. The People and Culture Division at QPT is responsible for delivering contemporary, innovative, and responsive people and culture solutions to support organisational customer service outcomes and strategic objectives in an era of major digital transformation and change.
About the role Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, vacancy management, recruitment and onboarding activities, and the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and programs to support business operations and meet organisational requirements. Provide practical recommendations, solutions, coaching and advice to managers, that builds capability, in relation to attraction strategies, and recruitment and selection processes that are accessible, inclusive, and culturally safe. Support managers in vacancy management to identify and progress recruitment and selection activities for vacant public sector positions to proactively fill available roles/FTE. Partner with managers to understand their strategic plans, objectives, and operations to develop proactive workforce resourcing approaches aligned with strategic workforce planning initiatives and succession planning requirements. Provide timely and accurate legislative, directive, policy and procedure advice relating to vacancy management, talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. Manage candidate pools, including continuous pools, to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.
