The role is part of the DCS division.
In this role you need to be self-motivated and have excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to build rapport and relations across the TMCA.
How you'll make an impact Strategy & Ideation: Based on both global direction and TMCA organisational priorities and objectives, establish overarching strategies related to connected vehicle services. Create prioritised roadmaps of actionable recommendations in order to maximise technological capability, data, product desirability, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Business Case Development: Lead the prioritisation, development, nemawashi and approval of key connected vehicle business cases. Establish and promote best practice within the team and broader Division
Strategic Relationships: Continue to build, maintain and grow key strategic relationships, showcasing TMCA's work and in turn enhancing influence at a global level. Engaging with Connected Vehicle Strategy, Technology, Data and Planning functions of key Affiliates to identify opportunities, align strategies and develop a stronger position for TMCA.
Your attributes – If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you! · Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, IT or related field
· 6+ years' accumulative experience in IT strategy, planning or related field with increasing responsibility
· Passion for technology, innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
· Strong stakeholder management skills; Ability to negotiate outcomes in a complex environment and manage stakeholders to achieve a solution
· Exposure and experience with large scale technology projects
