Senior / standalone payroll officer for a service provider in Southern Sydney Your new company

Your new role Processing weekly and monthly payroll runs for 300+ employees within 7 different entities across 4 small to medium payrun cycles Maintain personnel data Assist managers with timesheet approvals Process any prompt wage adjustments, terminations and payment of bonuses and incentives Prepare and provide weekly and monthly management reports as requested Calculate pay, tax, super contributions via EFT or cheques Respond to staff enquiries regarding pays, leave, and related matters Responsible for liaison with Centrelink and maintaining compliance Liaise with managers regarding award payments and general HR matters What you'll need to succeed Knowledge of Payroll and T&A systems Familiar with pay runs for different entities Ability to build rapport with all levels of the business Ability to work in standalone environments Knowledge of superannuation, tax Great communication skills Ability to do manual calculations Comfortable going into the office more frequently than working from home What you'll get in return Monthly birthday celebrations Friday lunch at local RSL Staff discounts on this organisation's product Loyalty programs The manager is lenient in letting you work from home depending on the situation Amazing company retainment (your manager has worked their way in the company from accountant to CFO within 12 years) Friendly co-workers Onsite parking Located next to a major public transport trainline Restaurants and cafés local to work environment Salary reviews and development plan meetings What you need to do now
