About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Speech Pathologist
to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
You will leverage your skills & experience to provide supervision to other Speech Pathologists, supporting them with clinical reasoning and recommendations to provide optimal outcomes for their clients. As a senior therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
Complex Communication
Dysphagia
Paediatrics
If you are interested to progress your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

About You
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board!
With that being said, there
are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
3+ years' experience working as a Speech Pathologist within the private or public sector
Experience providing clinical supervision & support
SPA Registration
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
