We need an experienced Senior Site Supervisor
with a strong understanding of concrete construction .
You will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects, with a particular focus on concrete structures, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily site operations, ensuring that all works are executed in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Oversee the placement, finishing, and curing of concrete, ensuring materials and workmanship meet required tolerances.
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of milestones.
Monitor safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations.
Track and manage project timelines, addressing any delays and ensuring that schedules are maintained.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior site staff and supervisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction with experience and understanding of concrete processes .
Expertise in formwork , reinforcement , and pouring techniques .
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and plans with a focus on concrete details.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g.
White Card) and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
