TEN Recruitment are currently seeking applicants from an experienced Senior Site Manager who can deliver a $100m project down in the South West.
Essential criteria:
5+ years previous experience as a Senior Site Manager Proven experience successfully delivering a wide range of commercial projects over $80m.
Hold a valid White Card.
Manage a site's day-to-day operations with respect to subcontractor, labour, materials etc Dedicated commitment to the health and safety of employees at all levels Excellent client liaison skills with the ability to communicate professionally with external stakeholders Proactivity to follow issues through to conclusion Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership skills
Your responsibilities may include: Conduct inductions for new subcontractors and site employees.
Keep the Project Manager up to date with project progress and programme reports.
Day-to-day management of subcontractors and site employees to optimise project results.
Establish the site in coordination with all relevant WHS requirements and established workplace rules.
Liaise with security personnel, safety representatives and the client to resolve any potential construction related issues.
Additional HSE responsibilities such as workplace inspections, hazard/incident reports, permit issues, toolbox talks and safety observations.
Ensure all scheduled works are completed within the given timeframe.
Maintenance of relevant site documentation.
