Key Responsibilities: Accurately price materials and labour to prepare detailed BOQs.Liaise with suppliers for quotes and provide costings and variations to the sales team.Review construction schedules, analyse variances, and prepare take-offs.Collaborate with estimators to update and maintain variations.Ensure reconciliation of scheduled and estimated margins.Work closely with supervisors, administration staff, sales teams, and the construction manager. What You'll Bring: At least 5 years of scheduling or estimating experience in high-end residential construction.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant scheduling tools.Must be Perth-based with full Australian work rights.
