Be part of a supportive and collaborative teamFlexible location - Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne Exciting opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help us implement new functionality to enhance the existing CRM for our broker distribution team and external broker partners.In this role you will play a key role in the maintenance and transformation of the CRM supporting the Broker Partnerships business.You will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Configuration especially Sales Cloud, including best practice implementation and governance.What you'll do: Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.Coordinate system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Product/Service Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.Handle Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.Maintain and assist with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) platform and Communication team users.Maintain Customer Experience Cloud (formerly Customer Community) including external user access and site maintenance, certificate management and functionality uplift.Lead projects to optimize Salesforce performance and user adoption.Work with key stakeholders to build and deliver a Salesforce Delivery Roadmap and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule and budget.Training new users and mentoring Salesforce champions within the business What you'll bring: Tertiary Qualifications in Technology, computer or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience (3-5 years') as a Salesforce Administrator or a Senior Salesforce AdministratorExcellent technical skills in Senior Salesforce administration, as well as outstanding customer service and communication skillsExperience working with software development cycle and project delivery methodologies (Agile)Knowledge of environment, security and data governance practicesExceptional problem solving & critical thinking skillsAbility to communicate complex information to non-technical team members and stakeholdersSalesforce Certification is mandatory What we can offer A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; andPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council Employee benefits | Suncorp GroupChase the Sun,
